I am not seeing the lighthoarder spawn on the EDZ one, not after 3 attempts. so after a point it did show up in the EDZ, but took a few attempts. This isn't just after update, had it twice last week. It may have worsened though, I haven't run PsiOps yet this week. I can't even get the quest to show up.
